Injury Prevention:
How many times shave you heard someone that plays golf complain about something being sore?
Athletic Golf Ltd could help you to reduce those injuries by eradicating the physical limitations that are causing them. Due to individuals physical limitations they are restricted to swing a golf club in a certain way. These swing faults or characteristics can result in excessive pressure on areas of the body. A common swing fault such as a reverse spine angle can put too much pressure on the lower back during impact and usually results in lower back pain, particularly on the right hand side (if you play golf right handed). |
